These pieces are conversations and dances with the demons in our psyches.

Representative of the work required to integrate our shadows sides and become whole, they embody;

• Wounds, damage and impact 
• Collision, polarity and duality 
• Witness and participant 
• Grounding and anchoring
• The act of becoming
• The shift from survival to thriving 

Each painting depicts a piece of that journey, of cutting through the noise, finding your self, standing your ground, reclaiming your power and forging your own path.
